The outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is clearly unprecedented in its impacts on our health and wellbeing of our communities and the broader economy.

In response, Goldwind Australia has implemented new monitoring and mitigation measures to minimise risks to the communities in which we operate, our staff, contractors and suppliers.

Goldwind Australia has undertaken detailed mitigation and contingency planning to ensure the health of our staff in Sydney and Melbourne offices and across our construction and operational sites, and also to give the best opportunity to continue with critical business activities within Federal and State Government directives.

The following principles have guided Goldwind Australia’s response:

• Protect the safety and welfare of our staff, contractors and the communities in which we operate, particularly those in high risk categories.
• Maintain productivity to meet business objectives and ensure continuity of business-critical activities within Federal and State Government directives.
• Support and boost existing and new economic activity, particularly within regional communities close to our projects.

Goldwind Australia will continue to proactively monitor the changing situation closely and work in accordance with Federal and State Government directives and relevant guidelines and recommendations.
